When you do something consistently than it becomes a habit. And it's good to have good habits. And it's terrible to have bad ones you know. For instance quitting maight become a habit as well as compiting with others. People that are spoiled struggle with quiting. That's a fact. It's easy. For something to become a habit, it must be done consistently. Once it becomes a habit, then you're not even aware of it. It's just as normal to you as other your other daily rutines in your life. So the best thing to do is to work on something little by little but consistently. Sometimes it takes years of practice and training to become a true master. But it all depands how far are you are willing to go. And how much are you willing to sacrifice.
You see, we need to remind ourselves about it. It might be so obvious but if you don't do it soon you're gonna forget. It's just how it works. It starts with an idea but it doesn't end there, right? So knowing what is right from wrong doesn't mean anything unless you do what's right. And making the right choice is never easy. Just because you know where you're going doesn't mean that getting to the end of it is gonna be easy.
